Sales Account Executive

Job Summary:
Ziply Fiber is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling America's Fastest Home Internet to customers in our service areas. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company and be part of a dynamic team that is changing the way people connect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excel in an effort-reward environment and achieve monthly fiber internet sales quotas.
- Infuse energy and motivation into every interaction, helping build excitement and trust with prospective customers and colleagues.
- Connect with the community by knocking on at least 65 doors per day, seeking to have at least 15 positive interactions aimed at signing up new customers.
- Show up with a can-do and driven mindset, and we'll provide ongoing training, leveraging AI technology and other sophisticated sales tools.
- Be part of a winning culture, supporting your success and your team.
- Enjoy working outdoors, with the opportunity to spend approximately 80% of your time in an outside environment for extended periods in any season.
Requirements:
- 6+ months of sales, customer service, or prior military service experience.
- Reliable transportation, a current valid driver's license, auto insurance, satisfactory driving record, ability to pass a national, local background check, and permitting processes.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $30,000 to $50,000 annually DOE.
- Additional compensation: target annual commission of $40,000 with unlimited earning potential through an attainable and driven commission plan.
