As a Go Rentals Human Resource Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that human resource operations are effectively managed in multiple locations and regions of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee field HR functions, support policies and procedures, and provide strategic HR support to the field teams. You will align with Corporate Human Resources Executives and ensure alignment with Corporate Policies. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, employee engagement, ethics, confidentiality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with corporate HR and field leadership teams.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent years of experience.
- 5 to 7 years of progressive, focused human resource experience, including leadership roles.
- Human Resource Management Certification is a plus.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices from a national scope.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel nationally as required.
