Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for selling advertising space, creating informative and engaging newsletters for various stakeholders, and managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Advertising Space Sales:

  • Identify and target potential advertisers that align with our audience and brand.
  • Develop and present advertising packages and proposals to potential clients.
  • Prepare and present cost and inclusion models, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and advertisers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing advertisers and ensure the fulfillment of advertising agreements.


2. Newsletter Creation and Management:

  • Develop and design engaging newsletters tailored to different stakeholder groups, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with company branding and messaging.
  • Manage the distribution of newsletters using email marketing platforms and analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant content and updates for inclusion in newsletters.


3. Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in creating newsletters, selling advertising space, and managing social media accounts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
