Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, specifically as a Documentation Specialist.
- Strong familiarity with document digitization tools and processes.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high levels of organization.
- Proficient with technology, particularly document management systems and automation software.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent work ethic and a high degree of dependability.
- Strong team player with the ability to also work independently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
Additional Requirements:
- Able to travel to the office in the Greater Richmond, VA area three times per week.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to support other areas as needed.
