Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, specifically as a Documentation Specialist.
  • Strong familiarity with document digitization tools and processes.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high levels of organization.
  • Proficient with technology, particularly document management systems and automation software.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent work ethic and a high degree of dependability.
  • Strong team player with the ability to also work independently.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.

Additional Requirements:

  • Able to travel to the office in the Greater Richmond, VA area three times per week.
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to support other areas as needed.
