RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner with and assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store functions - Sales generation, people development, merchandising and operations.
- Sales Generation: you will be accountable for day to day operations, manage & monitor store KPI’s, tracking daily performance so that you can actively encourage team members to drive sales. Drive your own sales contribution
- People development: oversee daily compliance, motivate and inspire your team to be leaders in customer engagement and sales generation
- Merchandising and Operations: work at a pace that suits the needs of the business. Ensure that VM standards are maintained and that our strongest product is displayed for customers. Train POS transactions - oversee customer service issues as needed and ensure that back of house tasks are completed.
- Open and close the store in absence of Store Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years retail experience
- Excellent organization skills
- Customer service skills
- Familiar with Google Suite Applications, Excel and Word.

The compensation for this position is an hourly wage, plus commission.
