Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and update cost commitment schedules, ensuring an accurate representation of funding needs.
  • Coordinate project funding requests and allocate approved funding within cost management systems.
  • Support contract negotiations with general contractors and A/E firms, facilitating onboarding workshops to establish expectations.
  • Implement standardized change order logs, validate change order requests, and manage change orders in cost management systems.
  • Identify, manage, and report cost and schedule risks, updating the Final Forecast To Completion.
  • Validate monthly payment applications, review vendor invoices and track payment statuses.
  • Review and forecast earned value, updating cash flow reporting system monthly.
  • Coordinate project closeout, ensuring financial closeout of purchase orders and submission of final documentation.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project controls or cost management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in cost management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
