- Quality Control: Ensure that all project work meets the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Safety Management: Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring that the project is completed within the allocated budget.
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in electrical project management, construction management, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior-level field management role within the electrical construction industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects exceeding $15M and a workforce of 100 employees.
- Prior experience working within the utilities and/or electrical construction industry.
- Strong financial knowledge within the electrical industry.
- High school diploma or GED and documented education and/or training in Construction Management, Training & Development, Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
Sturgeon Electric Company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- $100,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience, paid weekly.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
