Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure, including defining project scope, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress.
  • Project Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project schedules to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Team Management: Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand expectations and work to the project schedule.
  • Resource Management: Review the project in-depth to determine necessary resources (workforce, materials, etc.).
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, and report any issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time and on budget.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Exceptional knowledge of construction procedures, material, and project management principles. Proficiency in project management software tools.
