Our client, a big name in telecom & entertainment, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Content Strategist to join their team and enhance their digital presence. This role is crucial in crafting and refining content strategies that align with their business goals and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with a deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and a passion for optimizing digital content to achieve impactful results. This opportunity operates on a hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite in Atlanta, GA.


Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development: Craft and execute a robust digital content strategy that aligns with business objectives and meets the needs of our users.
  • A/B Testing Leadership: Drive A/B testing initiatives across various digital platforms, from planning and setup to execution and analysis, to continuously optimize content on att.com.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze test results, interpret data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, design, and development to ensure the seamless integration and execution of testing plans.
  • Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with seasonal trends and user behaviors, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
  • Audience Insights and Segmentation: Utilize customer insights and market research to inform content strategies and effectively target diverse audience segments.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose and implement innovative content strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 8 years in digital content strategy and proven success in leading A/B testing initiatives.
  • A/B Testing Proficiency: Expertise in A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive content optimization and improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for clearly conveying complex ideas.
  • Creative Adaptability: Innovative thinker with a keen eye for adapting to evolving trends and user preferences.
  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating successful content optimization and A/B testing projects.
