Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Optimize digital campaigns to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to gain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and customer journeys, and make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Stay informed about changes in digital marketing regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


Must Haves:


  • 3+ years as a Digital Marketing Strategist in a sales organization
  • Hands on experience with Mailchimp and Salesforce for blast campaigns
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Creative design experience utilizing WordPress and Adobe

Salary: $75k - $95k dependent on years of experience and skillset
