Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasts.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Three-Statement Modeling:

  • Build and maintain detailed three-statement financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Financial Operations:

  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, taxation, auditing, and compliance.
  • Manage the company's financial risk and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus.
