Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our VP of Management and ensure the smooth execution of operational and administrative tasks. This role involves coordinating various tasks from HR administration to property onboarding, while also supporting marketing and design-related activities. Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage new hire onboarding, including ADP payroll setup and ensuring all required documentation and materials are completed and accessible.
  • Coordinate with marketing reps, including apartment listing services (e.g., Apartments.com, Zumper) to ensure accurate listings and gather reporting.
  • Assist in sourcing design materials such as images, logos, and 3D renderings for properties.
  • Collaborate with various departments to manage property setup on different software platforms, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support HR functions such as filing, form management, and tracking onboarding processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the VP of Management and assist in coordinating team activities and communication.


Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally within property management or real estate.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic graphic design experience or the ability to coordinate with designers/vendors for creative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
