At LatticeWork, we are revolutionizing the AI and IoT landscape with our advanced hardware and software solutions. We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the charge in delivering innovative products that meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers and outperform the competition.
Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our product strategy for our hardware and cloud-based solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Your focus will be on ensuring our products meet evolving customer demands and provide exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Insights: Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences. Gather feedback through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Market Analysis: Analyze competitive products and market trends to identify opportunities and threats
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to develop product features that align with customer needs and company vision
- Documentation: Create product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories that clearly articulate product features and functionalities
- Project Management: Support the product development lifecycle, provide documents of requirements on high level timeline of deliverables to program management team who will actually track details on project progress.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates and insights to stakeholders, gathering feedback to inform future iterations
A Typical Day Will Look Like:
- Stand-up meetings with global engineering teams to discuss project updates and address any roadblocks
- Conducting customer interviews to gather insights on user experiences and preferences
- Analyzing market research data to identify trends and inform product decisions
- Creating the initial versions of mockups or collaborating with the design team to review UI/UX prototypes and provide feedback
- Updating documentation and creating PRDs for upcoming features
- Joining cross-functional meetings to align on product priorities and timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles (internships included)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for technology, AI, and IoT
- "Can-do" attitude, won’t take NO as an answer
