Job Summary:

We are seeking 2 Executive Assistants to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage personal appointments and errands

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ as an Executive Assistant supporting a C suite executive
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

Work Schedule:

  • Mon - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, occasional evening and weekend support may be needed
