As we expand our reach, we're seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in our designated territories.


About the Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with existing customers while aggressively pursuing new opportunities. You'll be the face of WorldPoint in your territory, engaging with customers, prospects, vendors, and strategic partners through impactful communication and interactions.


What You’ll Do:

  • Spearhead sales activities to generate new business and boost sales within your territory, with a strong focus on high-touch, in-person engagements.
  • Identify and qualify leads, nurturing them from warm prospects to loyal customers.
  • Build and sustain robust relationships, understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of WorldPoint’s cutting-edge products and services, both in person and virtually.
  • Execute a strategic territory sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Partner with our marketing team to create and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, leads, and performance metrics using our CRM software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, swiftly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and professional development.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the healthcare or training products sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A knack for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within your designated territory-West Coast with 80% focus on California.
