About The Role:


We are looking for an experienced Affiliate and Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team. You will work with the Global Marketing team to develop an effective strategy to run the affiliate program and sign strategic partnerships in the US market, with the potential to expand globally. Your goal is clear: to expand our reach, acquire new affiliates, and drive top-line revenue growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and launch the affiliate and partnership program to unlock growth
  • Develop the strategy to scale the affiliate and partnership program focusing on the US with the potential to expand globally.
  • Identify and recruit top-tier affiliate partners that align with our customers’ demographics to maximize reach.
  • Work closely with the global marketing, creatives, product, and ecommerce teams to ensure affiliates get access to the right information.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve the program ongoingly.
  • Ensure the affiliates is compliant with local regulations and adhere to company’s branding and guideline.
  • Implement tracking and reporting to measure the outcome
  • Foster a thriving affiliate community and facilitate sharing and collaboration



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • 5+ years of experience of affiliates or partnership experience in e-commer
  • Proven records of driving top line growth through partnerships and managing partners
  • Strategic thinker and leader and comfortable to roll up your sleeves to execute
  • Analytical, Entrepreneurial, Communicative
  • Experience in growth stage company or fast-paced environment is preferred
