Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the HR functions within a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) environment, while also being a champion of our company culture, employee performance & development, coordinating social media outreach and supporting marketing initiatives. The HR Generalist will work closely with senior leadership and will be instrumental in fostering an environment that reflects our commitment to employee well-being and professional growth. The HR Generalist will report directly to the CFO.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, recruitment, and onboarding, in collaboration with our PEO.
  • Culture & Employee Development: Serve as a key advocate for LSG’s company culture. Develop and implement programs that support employee engagement, professional development, and retention.
  • Social Media Coordination: Oversee and coordinate LSG’s social media presence in collaboration with our marketing team to enhance our brand and attract top talent.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to align HR initiatives with broader company marketing strategies, including the promotion of company culture and employer branding.
  • Compliance: Working in coordination with our PEO to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, talent development, and HR operations.

·        SHRM Certified Professional or HRCI Associate Professional in Human Resources certification desirable.

·        Experience working with a PEO is highly desirable.

·        Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

·        Experience in managing social media and supporting marketing efforts.

·        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

·        Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

·        Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with all levels of employees.
