  • Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device or Medical/Healthcare or similar industry experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR processes and policies.
  • Manage the hiring process, from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and agencies.
  • Partner with leadership on HR strategy, talent needs, and succession planning.
  • Design and deliver training programs for employee development.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and staff.
  • Manage performance reviews and payroll processes.
  • Employee relations and engagement
  • Conduct hiring and exit interviews, oversee disciplinary actions.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends.
  • Administer benefit programs and ensure compliance with laws.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, employment law, and best practices.
  • Maintain employee database.
  • Enhance staff engagement and administer opinion surveys.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices, including employee hiring, training, coaching, and termination procedures.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and delegate tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other HR software systems.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and problem-solving aptitude.
