We aim to create rich, colorful experiences that inspire and evoke emotions through art, design, and music. We have 2 floors, 2 bars, a gorgeous patio with a beautiful view and can seat up to 300 guests.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Restaurant Manager at Windmills @Grandscape in The Colony, TX. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and continuously improving the food and beverage service. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service and upholding the unique ambiance of the venue. 5 day work week, 50 hours or less, reports to the Director Of Operations.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Guest Service skills
- Hiring and Communication must be excellent
- Experience in Food & Beverage management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of 20 or more***
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Guest Relations must be in your DNA
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, TABC guidelines
- Previous experience in a similar role is a required***
