Responsibilities- Serve tables and/or bartend as needed, delivering exceptional guest service and engaging with patrons to embody the spirit and soul of the restaurant. This is a non-negotiable responsibility, as the candidate must remain fully immersed in the guest experience and our offerings to truly represent the heart of what makes Aviators special.
- Lead person-to-person (P2P) marketing by building strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits, and promoting the restaurant through direct interactions and word-of-mouth.
- Develop and manage business-to-business (B2B) partnerships to generate group bookings, corporate events, and catering opportunities, expanding the restaurant’s presence within the local business community.
- Target and secure group sales and catering opportunities, driving revenue through large bookings, corporate events, and off-site catering.
- Actively participate in networking events, community gatherings, and special functions to represent the restaurant, promote services, and build valuable business relationships.
- Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-house events that drive foot traffic, increase sales, and elevate brand visibility.
- Coordinate community outreach initiatives, including sponsorships for local events, charities, schools, and youth programs, to strengthen ties with the local community and increase the restaurant's visibility.
- Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses to co-sponsor events, supporting community causes while building brand loyalty and presence.
- Continuously assess the guest experience and recommend enhancements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and top-tier service, while actively gathering feedback to improve overall satisfaction.
Requirements
- Front-of-House Experience: Previous experience as a waiter, bartender, or manager in a dynamic restaurant setting.
- Community Engagement & Business Development: Proven track record in community outreach, marketing, or business development, with the ability to drive growth and build relationships.
- Networking & Relationship Skills: Strong aptitude for networking and fostering partnerships with local businesses and community leaders.
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
- Event Planning & Management: Skilled in planning and executing events, from the initial concept to the final delivery.
- Analytical Capability: Strong analytical skills to assess the success of engagement and marketing efforts, with the ability to suggest data-driven improvements.
- Creativity & Innovation: A creative thinker with the ability to develop new ideas and strategies for marketing, events, and customer engagement.
- Flexibility & Availability: Willingness to work evenings, late nights, and weekends to accommodate events and special engagements.
