Develop Operational Strategy:

 Formulate and implement operational plans based on the company’s overall strategic

goals to optimize efficiency and productivity.

 Set short-term and long-term operational objectives, ensuring alignment with the

company’s vision.

Oversee Daily Operations:

 Supervise and manage the company's day-to-day operations, including production,

supply chain management, quality control, logistics, and customer service.

 Ensure smooth operation across all facets of the business and resolve any operational

issues.

Team Management:

 Lead and manage the operations team, set team goals, and provide guidance and

support.

 Train and develop team members to enhance their overall performance and efficiency.

Resource Management:

 Optimize the allocation and utilization of resources, ensuring effective use of manpower,

materials, and finances.

 Manage and control the operational budget, keeping costs within budget while

enhancing profitability.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

 Identify and analyze inefficiencies in existing operational processes and propose

improvements. Drive technological and process innovations to increase production efficiency and

product quality.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

 Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, HR) to ensure

coordinated operations across the company.

 Assist other senior management in developing and implementing company-wide policies

and plans.

Monitoring and Reporting:

 Monitor operational performance and use data analysis to evaluate efficiency and

cost-effectiveness.

 Regularly report operational status and progress to senior management and provide

recommendations for improvement.

Risk Management:

 Identify and assess potential risks in operations and develop appropriate mitigation

strategies.

 Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Experience/Qualifications:

Educational Background:

 Typically requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, engineering,

operations management, or a related field.

 An MBA (Master of Business Administration) is often preferred.

Work Experience:

 Generally requires 8-10 years of experience in operations management or a related field,

with at least 3-5 years in a management role.

 Experience in the same or a similar industry is an advantage.

Leadership Skills:

 Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead

teams to achieve company goals.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with

employees, customers, and suppliers at all levels.Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills:

 Ability to take a holistic view, formulate, and implement effective operational strategies.

 Strong data analysis skills, enabling informed decision-making based on data.

Problem-Solving Ability:

 Capable of quickly identifying and resolving various operational issues, with the ability to

handle unexpected situations.

 Familiarity with risk management and compliance requirements.

Technical Knowledge:

 Understanding of software and tools related to operations management, such as ERP

systems and supply chain management systems.

 Awareness of the latest technological trends in modern manufacturing or services

industries.

Cost Management and Budget Control:

 Strong cost management skills, with the ability to optimize operational costs within

budget constraints.

 Experience in budget preparation and financial analysis.

Innovation Capability:

 Possess a spirit of innovation, driving the company’s improvements and innovations in

processes, technology, and services.

 Forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate industry trends and changes, and adjust

accordingly.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range:

$270,000 to $350,000 Actual base salary will be determined based on a variety of factors

including an individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and location. For positions outside

the U.S., please disregard the posted salary range as these positions will be treated as

separate compensation based on local market comparables.

Additional Compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or

benefits associated with the position filled.
