We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our client's HR functions, fostering a supportive and compliant workplace that aligns with their organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain HR policies and practices that align with labor regulations and business priorities.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
  • Address employee relations issues, manage conflicts, and resolve grievances effectively.
  • Administer compensation packages and employee benefits programs.
  • Plan and execute employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and databases.
  • Lead performance management and appraisal processes to drive growth and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and internal standards.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Cultivate an engaging and positive workplace culture that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.


Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional HR experience, including leadership roles.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM or SHRM-CP) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in startup environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the offshore or oil and gas industry is preferred.
  • Global HR experience is an advantage.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
