Paid Media Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Paid Media Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing our brand awareness and driving conversions through strategic paid digital marketing efforts. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Work closely with external partners to oversee the development and execution of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and display networks.
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and assets tailored to target audiences.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, compelling materials for campaigns.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ROI.
- Analyze data to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve results.
Budget Management:
- Assist in managing and allocating budgets for paid media campaigns to maximize cost-effectiveness.
- Track spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
Market Research:
- Conduct research to understand market trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Use insights to inform and refine campaign strategies.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with budget management and optimization techniques.
