About the Role:

Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) is a leading travel intelligence company that accelerates the growth of global air travel. We deliver forward-looking travel data, flexible distribution services, and innovative industry solutions.

As a Graphic and Multimedia Designer at ARC, you will create engaging visual content with a strong emphasis on animation, photography, and video production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative brand assets and drive marketing initiatives forward.

Responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing graphic elements consistent with our style, quality, and brand identity, as well as owning multimedia projects from concept to implementation. You will work closely with colleagues to create design assets that serve their function within the organization and identify opportunities to improve your ideas.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of ownership and discipline in delivering high-quality results. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere and After Effects, is essential, along with experience maintaining and operating cameras, audio, and lighting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing/design team to support the direction of the brand and strategic objectives
  • Conceptualize, design, and implement graphic elements consistent with the style, quality, and brand identity of ARC
  • Owning multimedia projects from conceptualization to implementation, including adjusting video, lighting, sound, and scripts
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal subjects of videos
  • Supporting the design team outside of multimedia projects when necessary, including web and print design projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) and MS Office for OS X
  • Intermediate HTML and CSS authoring
  • Capable of real-time problem-solving as it relates to design issues
  • Strong sense of ownership, disciplined approach to quality, and awareness of its effect on the intended audience
