```Job Summary```

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our employees. This role requires a strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, and content development. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, visual design, and the use of an LMS (Learning Management System). The ability to make presentations before groups of employees and members of various sizes in a professional and organized manner is required.


```Duties```

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training materials

- Design and develop engaging and interactive training content using Adobe Creative Suite

- Conduct research and write instructional materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations

- Utilize the LMS to upload and manage training materials and track employee progress

- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives

- Provide ongoing support to employees regarding training initiatives


```Qualifications```

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field

- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and content development

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other visual design tools

- Strong research and writing skills

- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality training materials

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills


This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about developing effective training programs. You will receive cross training in our call center and other departments and branches in order to acquire knowledge necessary for delivering training material.
