Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Business Analyst for our client. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance business processes and provide critical insights that directly impact company operations. As a Business Analyst, you will work with cross-functional teams to manage data, analyze customer accounts, and ensure the accuracy of reports and information. Your contributions will support key decision-making processes and help optimize business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer accounts, spreadsheets, and databases to proactively address discrepancies.
  • Validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain SAP tables and produce validation reports.
  • Monitor compliance and assist in the Commission SOX control process.
  • Maintain master lists for customer activity and manage address changes directly in SAP.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to account setup and property data.
  • Record and track issues to identify trends and process gaps.
  • Develop process documentation and conduct training sessions for new team members.
  • Manage small projects and miscellaneous tasks assigned by management.
  • Create and maintain data models using Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a problem-solving, research, or data modeling role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VBA/macros for data manipulation and automation.
  • Strong analytical and technical aptitude with the ability to drive innovation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, CCS, Siebel, IRW, Salesforce, and BW software preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Experience in a deregulated work environment is a plus.
