  • As a Sr. Sales Development Representative at Weathermatic, you'll be the driving force behind our lead generation efforts, engaging with potential customers and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Prospecting and Qualifying: Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through expert use of phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
  • Mastering SmartLink: Gain in-depth knowledge of SmartLink and its benefits to articulate how it helps customers save water, money, and time.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives to target and penetrate high-value accounts, providing them with detailed executive summaries to aid in their expertise.
  • CRM Management: Expertly manage and update HubSpot, our CRM, to track leads, follow-ups, and ensure data integrity.
  • Mentorship and Learning: Continuously improve by shadowing Account Executives during meetings and demos, learning advanced sales techniques and strategies.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 18-36 months of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and qualification targets.

  • Expert Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Advanced Relationship Building: Proficient in establishing and maintaining long-term professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Mastery of Core Skills: Demonstrated expertise in objection handling, lead nurturing, and relationship management.
