Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at our dynamic company, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success This isn’t just any job; it’s an exciting chance to connect with potential clients, shape relationships, and support our sales team in achieving amazing results.

Hybrid direct hire position. Onsite in Dallas on Mondays, remote the rest of the week.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. This position requires a proactive and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation and Prospecting:

o Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

o Qualify leads and assess their needs and potential fit with our solutions.

o Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage the sales funnel.

· Client Engagement:

o Conduct initial outreach and establish contact with potential clients.

o Schedule and co present with Sales Director meetings to present our services and solutions.

o Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

· Sales Support:

o Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.

o Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

o Assist in contract negotiations and closing deals.

· Market Research:

o Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

o Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams.

o Identify opportunities for new services and solutions based on market needs.

· Reporting and Documentation:

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and market feedback.

o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

· 5-10 years of recent experience in business development or sales, specifically in the IT managed services industry.

· Strong understanding of IT management services, solutions, and industry trends.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Currently local to the DFW area.

· Eligible to work for any U.S. employer without requiring sponsorship at any time.

· No 3rd parties.
