Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage project submittals
  • Write thorough and accurate scopes of work
  • Manage project RFIs
  • Manage scope and product compliance
  • Assist with the production and maintenance of the procurement schedule
  • Ability to identify schedule impacts
  • Assist in forecasting project costs
  • Assist with managing and leading the project schedule
  • Communicate updates to the project owner and attend owner meetings


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years' project management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Procore preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to problem-solve
