The Sales Account Manager position plays a vital role in assisting the office and serving clients to accomplish team and individual goals. If you are a strong multi-tasker with skills in efficient decision-making and problem-solving this may be the perfect fit for you


Duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining recruiting sources to ensure consistent applicant flow
  • Conducting job interviews to evaluate candidate skills and experience
  • Conducting periodic sales and service calls on existing and potential clients to identify and solve problems as well as stimulate greater business opportunities
  • Gathering associate work performance data from clients in accordance with Express quality assurance procedures
  • Monitoring and recording associate performance and providing necessary feedback
  • Spending a portion of each day making telephone calls to fill client needs and providing job opportunities for quality candidates
  • Relationship building through open and consistent communication

  • The ideal candidate will be a team player who is driven, passionate about assisting both job seekers and clients, service oriented, and focused on business development
  • Prefer at least 2 years of Sales Experience
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have basic computer skills and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strongly prefer some college education in a relevant field
