Job DescriptionJob Description

Our client is InSearch for an Accounting & Sales Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, comfortable working in high volume and fast-moving environments with an operational and support driven mindset. Responsibilities include product management, accounting operations, sales support, and inventory management.

Compensation: $40-$52K Annually

Responsibilities

·        Verify contracts, pricing, weight of products, freight rates and that paperwork is accurate to minimize delays with invoicing and receiving payment

·        Process accounting transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions in QuickBooks

·        Ensure customers have or receive necessary paperwork required to follow compliance with safety and product regulations

·        Oversee order desk, verifying prices, attaching purchase order numbers, reconciling accounts, and tracking shipping to ensure orders are fulfilled

·        Assist sales brokers with various transactions related to developing product samples, providing sales trends, and maintaining product website with current available purchase lines

·        Provide exceptional customer service to customers and suppliers

·        Learn logistical and supply chain management of agricultural commodities

Qualifications

·        Experience working in Agriculture, Commodities, or Supply Chain industries a must

·        2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience needed

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

·        Outstanding communication, attention to detail, customer service and problem-solving skills a must

·        Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills needed

·        Export Documentation & International logistics knowledge a plus
