Role Overview:

The primary duty of an Industrial Sales Account Manager is to secure contracts within the Major Accounts / Industrial sector for Tradesmen's offerings. This role involves engaging with contractors to communicate the unique value Tradesmen International provides.

Account Managers are tasked with identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, as well as nurturing client relationships to enhance the utilization of Tradesmen International's services and workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business development and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Generate and cultivate new customer accounts to boost revenue through proactive outreach and client management.
- Adapt and respond to customer objections effectively, conducting informative presentations as needed.

Qualities of a Successful Candidate:

- Knowledge of industry-specific products and services, particularly in areas such as plant maintenance, manufacturing, or job shops.
- A strong drive to succeed, with a proven track record in industrial sales.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of converting prospects into loyal clients.

- Maximize account potential and achieve consistent growth and profitability.
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client partnerships.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
