Location: Northfield, MN – Hybrid – in office & Field Sales


Position Description: This position will focus on securing new business as well as maintaining/growing existing business within the Commercial and Industrial markets in Minnesota, although there are no geographic boundaries. Products offered include drinking water systems, salt, filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, softeners, aftermarket products, and those services provided as an extension to the equipment sold. Applicants must have a knowledge of how to drive the business towards profitable growth as well as how to evaluate revenue generating opportunities with customers. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Development of commercial and industrial sales strategies
  • Business Development including; prospecting, cold calling, relationship development & lead generation
  • Optimize the efficiency of the sales processes, using NetSuite CRM, achieving KPIs / Sales
  • Revenue targets and tracking leads & sales pipeline
  • Write & present engineering-based solutions/quotes for industrial and commercial water purification systems
  • Ensure all customer needs are met and follow-up on installation projects

Culligan Ultrapure services residential, commercial, and industrial customers with water purification and water softening systems. In addition, Culligan Ultrapure also engineers water treatment systems for the public and private sectors in order to maximize system performance while protecting public health and the environment.

Job Qualifications:

  • BS Degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering
  • 5+ years of sales experience with preferred experience in the water industry
  • Position requires a great amount of energy, and strong organizational, communication and
  • presentation skills
  • Demonstrated passion with respect to treating and caring of customers
  • Excellent time management skills


Compensation package includes base plus commission & monthly car allowance and full benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k), Paid time off, Product Discount, Additional voluntary benefits. 4.5 Day workweek, off at 12:00pm every Friday
