Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Coach at an excellent indoor play gym located in Bellaire, TX. As a Coach, you will be responsible for supervising and engaging children in physical activities, ensuring their safety and providing a positive and inclusive environment. You will lead group activities, assist with play equipment, and facilitate social interactions among children. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as patience and creativity.


Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in a childcare, recreational, or educational setting
  • Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for children
  • Ability to enforce rules and guidelines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to work with Canva and social media
  • Basic computer skills
  • Background check clearance
