Ideal Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mental health assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • For full-time clinicians, maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions weekly.
  • Deliver outstanding client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to address community needs.
  • Employ innovative therapeutic techniques to assist clients in achieving their goals.
  • Document each session and submit required paperwork promptly.
  • Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other relevant personnel as necessary.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and training sessions.
  • Fulfill all requirements to maintain licensure.
  • Engage in additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Must be fully licensed to practice independently in Texas (LMFT, LPC, LICSW, etc.).
  • Experience in developing treatment plans and clinical documentation.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and teenagers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Timely completion of documentation and service records.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse client population.
  • Proficient in standard office technology and Electronic Health Record systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children and families.
  • Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing.
  • Credentialing with insurance panels is a plus for fully licensed clinicians.
