Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Establishing a network of mentors and mentoring programs within the community.
- Building relationships with community stakeholders to create effective recruitment strategies for mentors.

- Measuring and communicating the impact of mentoring initiatives.
- Overseeing adherence to organizational policies and standards for a portfolio of mentoring grants.
- Monitoring evaluation processes and providing consultative support to agencies.
- Preparing documentation and reports for various stakeholders.
- Creating written materials to enhance awareness of mentoring initiatives.
- Collaborating with the Communications & Marketing Department to promote the Mentor Center through various platforms.
- Coordinating public relations and recruitment campaigns within targeted areas.
- Assisting in the development of grant applications to increase mentoring investments.
- Working with training specialists to identify and implement training opportunities for funded programs.
- Acting as a liaison for nonprofit agencies to assess youth mentoring needs.
- Collaborating with local youth services to host and participate in community events.
- Supporting organizational disaster response efforts as assigned.
- Performing additional duties as opportunities arise.
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business, or liberal arts is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in human services, including program development and administration.
- Experience in team environments, managing effective groups, and collaborating with volunteers.
- Knowledge of program evaluation methodologies and data analysis.
- Ability to travel within the community and attend relevant conferences.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities.
