CLA has an immediate need for an experienced real estate paralegal for a law firm in Florence, SC. The ideal candidate must be proficient in residential closings and commercial closing experience is a plus. Candidate must also be proficient in Qualia or SoftPro. Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented are both a must The ideal candidate must have experience with residential real estate closings in a law firm from start to finish.


Sample Responsibilities:

  • All pre- and post-closing duties
  • Order and review title searches
  • Prepare closing documents
  • Administrative functions


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience with residential real estate closings in a law firm
  • Proficient in SoftPro and MS Office Suite
  • Must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in reading title work, preparing title commitments, and preparing closing documents
  • Associate's degree preferred, but not required
