Overview: We are seeking a visionary Director of Human Resources to spearhead our client's HR department into a new era of employee engagement and talent management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for talent acquisition, employee development, and retention.
  • Lead the HR team with a focus on enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Drive the design and implementation of programs that foster professional growth and leadership development.
  • Evaluate and refine HR policies and practices to ensure they are effective, equitable, and compliant with current laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in collaborating with executives and cross-functionally to bring the organization to the next level.
  • Experience and desire to share your wealth of knowledge and develop the HR team, as well as engaging employee development across the organization.
