We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Senior Annuity Sales Support Consultant to join our team. The Senior Annuity Sales Support Consultant role is responsible for assisting agents throughout the sales process. To be successful, you must have a can-do attitude, think outside the box, and have a strong affinity for creating an excellent customer service experience.

Job Description:

  • Provide case design for financial professionals/agents, including annuity illustrations, life illustrations, and federal and social security reports.
  • Maintain contact with agents/staff through outbound follow up calls on product quotes, illustrations, and materials sent to agents/staff.
  • Analyze clients' financial circumstances to determine suitable annuity products and financial solutions.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with financial advisors, promptly addressing inquiries and requests.
  • Evaluate available insurance and financial products, staying updated on product and rate information.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with insurance carriers.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with financial products, annuity products, and carriers.
  • Obtain 2-14 or 2-15 insurance license within first year of employment.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and process driven.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to handle customer interactions with confidence and tact.
  • Strong ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and similar tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
