Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Director of Sales to join our dream team at Immaculate Restoration. In this critical leadership role, you will drive our sales strategy, expand our market presence, and play a pivotal role in scaling our company to new heights. You will be a key player in our growth journey, from $5 million to $10 million, and beyond, helping us achieve our vision of being the foremost authority in the restoration industry.

Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement a robust sales strategy that aligns with our growth objectives and vision.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications:
