The Role:

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead the sales strategy and team, driving revenue growth across key verticals. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing high-performing sales initiatives, fostering relationships with key partners, and expanding their footprint in the payments ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Sales Strategy: Design and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and engage with new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key clients and partners in the payments space.
  • Market Expansion: Drive expansion into new markets and industries, positioning the company as a leading player in the payment solutions space.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals and client needs.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable growth.
