Job Description:

xFact is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Director of Public Safety and Justice Business Relationship Management to join team xFact. The Director of Public Safety and Justice Business Relationship Management will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our key public safety and justice partners, clients, and stakeholders. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills to drive business growth and enhance our reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Relationship Strategies: Create and execute strategies to build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business objectives and revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services. Nurture long-term relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams (Service Delivery, Product Management, and Business Development) to align efforts with client needs and market trends. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements. Manage contract renewals and modifications as necessary.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement of client satisfaction. Develop strategic plans based on findings.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key metrics related to client satisfaction, revenue growth, and market trends. Prepare regular reports and presentations for the Principal of Public Safety and Justice related to activities and outcomes.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of business relationship managers, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals and individual professional growth.
  • Brand Advocacy: Authentically promote the xFact public safety and justice brand to enhance clients and potential client’s knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of public sector experience in public safety and justice with preference given to prior CJIS Systems Officer, FBI CJIS Advisory Policy Board, and/or Nlets Representative experience.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the CJIS Security Policy, NCIC, Nlets, and related market trends.
  • Must pass national fingerprint supported background check

Location:

This role will be mostly remote but will require some time (to be determined) in the office and/or travel to industry events.
