HR/Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client is seeking an HR/Talent Acquisition Manager for their team. This direct-hire role is perfect for an enthusiastic self-starter with a well-rounded HR background and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities of the HR/Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Create and implement employee retention and talent acquisition recruiting plan
  • Guide managers in employee development and performance
  • Assist in compensation analysis
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
  • Help resolve employment-related issues
  • Serve as a credible and trustworthy business partner representing the needs of employees and management
  • Travel domestically on occasion
  • Perform other related tasks and projects, as required

Qualifications of the HR/Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong HR experience in the areas of recruitment, benefits administration, performance management systems, employee relations, training, and individual and organizational development
  • SHRM certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
