We're seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage client relationships within an assigned territory. You'll identify opportunities, offer tailored loan solutions, and help real estate investors achieve their business goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, understanding their specific financing needs and providing customized loan products.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions.
- Deal Closing: Consistently close deals and drive revenue growth.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation and client acquisition. Required.
- Proven track record of success in sales. Required.
- Able to travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend trade shows when necessary. Required.
- Valid driver’s license. Required.
