Position Overview: 

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities. As an outside sales professional, you will be the face of AccuMed, building strong relationships with attorneys, legal professionals, and law firms across your territory. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing client accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities. 
  • Identify and target potential clients in the legal sector, particularly in personal injury, workers' compensation, and medical malpractice. 
  • Present AccuMed’s products and services to new and existing clients, emphasizing the value of our medical cost valuation reports. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, providing regular follow-ups and account management support. 
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by closing new business opportunities and upselling additional services to existing accounts. 
  • Collaborate with the internal operations and analytics teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services. 
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and market conditions. 
  • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote AccuMed’s services. 
  • Continuously stay informed about market trends, industry changes, and competitive landscape. 


Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management (5-7 highly preferred), preferably in a legal, medical, or related professional services industry. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry, specifically in personal injury and related cases, is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven environment. 
  • Willingness to travel within assigned sales territory.

Compensation:

Base Salary + Generous Commission Structure
