Required Skills & Experience
* 4+ years of experience within IT Support in a service desk or help desk setting
* 4+ years of experience with customer service working in a high call volume environment
* A strong track record of high quality customer service, internal or external customers.
* Experience migrating an enterprise OS to a new version
i.e Windows 8 to Windows 10 or Windows 10 to Windows 11
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Previous banking environment experience
* Microsoft Certifications
* Windows 10 or 11
* A+ or Network+ certifications
* Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for two level 2 Service Desk Analysts for a client that will sit out of their Flint, MI service desk. These consultants will be responsible for technical assistance during, and post, Windows 11 migration. They will also be responding to tickets, run diagnostics programs, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to resolve the issues. This will be a high call volume position and requires excellent customer service. First shift M-F 8am-5pm. This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extending to the end of 2025 based on performance and work load.
Compensation:
$20/hr to $24/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
