Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to expand our presence within the retail and interior design trade across Texas. This performance-driven role requires a skilled sales professional who can build strong relationships with retailers, interior designers, and other partners. As a key player in our team, you will drive sales growth and help elevate Designe Gallerie’s market visibility and share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage retailers, interior designers, and other relevant channels to promote Designe Gallerie’s luxury furniture.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain long-lasting client relationships to ensure ongoing sales opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product lines, effectively communicating the value and craftsmanship of our offerings to clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and gather client feedback to inform and support business strategies.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in sales, preferably within the luxury furniture, home goods, or interior design industries.
  • Existing network of retailers, interior designers, or other relevant partners is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and strategy.
  • Passion for high-end design and luxury products.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Texas to meet clients and attend industry events.
