Job Description: Our large retail client is looking for a People and Culture Specialist to join their team. As a member of our People & Culture team, you are expected to be a strong contributor to the development of managers and co-workers, providing People & Culture expertise and ensuring that the People strategy is locally put into practice in the most effective and efficient way. This person must be comfortable coming onsite 5 days a week in King of Prussia, PA. $75-120k Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Required Skills and Experience:
* At least 3-5 years' experience in HR department preferably as an HR Generalist, Specialist or Business Partner
* Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to drive results
* Good knowledge of local employment legislations, co-worker relations and labor market situations and trends
* HR certification preferred
Compensation:
$75,000/year to $120,000/year
