The Opportunity
TubeWriter is looking for a seasoned marketing professional to join our growing team in Austin, TX. You will directly report to the company’s Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with our regional Account Executives to support inbound and outbound lead generation. You will be responsible for executing a comprehensive pipeline generation strategy and supporting the continuous growth of the company. You will support the growth of our brand, increasing our reach and influence across our core target market.

The Role
You will be comfortable taking on a variety of responsibilities to build out our marketing function.
• Identify our key market audience, how to reach them and their creative/media optimization needs.
• Drive a shift to a Named Account/ABM-based go-to-market approach
• Launch any new products to market
• Build in-depth technical knowledge of our products and closely follow new developments.
• Provide valuable insights/feedback to our product team.
• Design marketing campaigns that utilize the most effective combination of channels such as key industry events, digital and social.
• Day-to-day management of our growing marketing team.
• Day-to-day management of our SDR team for outbound demand generation.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of all sales and marketing strategies and reassess investments periodically.
• Identify relevant industry in-person events that align with the marketing strategy. Lead the preparation and execution including strategy, exhibition, content, staffing and other necessary duties to complete a successful event.
To be successful in this role
You are an all-around demand generation marketer that lives, breathes, and sleeps tactics to grow pipeline and close deals. You have a high level of tenacity to implement our plans and will be comfortable being hands on when needed. You’ve always wanted to own the SDR team and inbound marketing under a single leader. You want to work in the office every day and be in the thick of things.
Required for consideration
• An affinity for new technologies and supporting growth of Life Sciences offerings.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent visual, verbal and written communication skills.
• Use emotional intelligence to work productively and respectfully with others
• Show a passion for smart data analysis and its business implications.
• Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM
• Ability to travel to all company trade shows and marketing events
Nice to have's
• 8+ years of capital equipment, Life Sciences, or Health Sciences marketing experience including new product launches
• Knowledge of advanced pay-per-click tactics
• Experience with videos that convert on social media
• Fun trade show ideas that grow brand awareness
• Knowledge of local agencies in Austin that can step in to support us with Marketing
