Bauducco products are sold in over 80 countries and can be found on the shelves of major retailers across the U.S. We are committed to delivering high-quality products that bring joy to consumers.


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the Key Account sales team with day-to-day operations, maintaining communications with internal teams (marketing and finance), and interacting with customers. You will also work closely with both internal and customer computer systems to manage data, invoicing, and fulfill requests, ensuring smooth operational flow. The keys to success in this role are meeting customer deadlines, an eye for details, follow up, and follow through.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Tasks:
  • Compile and send a daily stock report email each morning to entire sales team.
  • Manage and respond to email communications and customer inquiries.
  • Process and send invoices from the previous day through EDI or email.
  • Invoicing POs for deliveries or pickups in the afternoon.
  • Handle Walmart POs (about 50 every Monday).
  • Complete and submit the Key Account A/R report every Friday.
  • Assist the sales administration team during month-end closings.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Fill out forms requested by customers, such as new item forms and pricing documents.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the sales team as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to navigate and learn internal and customer systems to extract and analyze data.
  • Basic data analysis skills
  • Familiarity with EDI invoicing.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working for a company with products that are transported from a warehouse.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.


Preferred Experience:

  • Previous administrative or sales support experience, ideally in a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) environment.
  • Experience working with customer invoicing systems and large retailers like Walmart.
